My name is Kim and my family and I live in rural Sanilac County in the “thumb area” of Michigan. I fell in love with the Persian breed of cats long ago. After doing rescue work for 25 or so years I decided I was going to have what I had always wanted. Something just for me! So after my last rescue cat was placed I was on a mission to find a Persian perfect for me.

When I laid eyes on “Dust mop” I was hooked. I had never realized just how different they were from “regular cats”. The temperament is just outstanding.  More dog like then the cats I had had and fostered. They listened and responded all the while looking so beautiful, I could not ask for more.

After a few years and much thought (and lots of research) I decided to breed them, in a small way. I wanted only to share this wonderful breed of cat with others. Many people have no idea that they are just so very different...If bred and socialized properly they are not skittish and actually very docile and sweet. In my heart I know there is not another breed of cat for me. My goals are to breed healthy happy kittens with the temperament that makes this breed of cat the number one. Please know I believe in breeding CFA registered cats that have Vet clearance test and are Negative. PKD-DNA tested negative also. My thoughts are that healthy adults will have a higher likelihood of producing healthy kittens. With proper handling and socializing in the family atmosphere that opens the personality up and I am able to offer a wonderful companion.
